ਆਰਟਿਸਟ ਬਣਨਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ

ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮਜ਼ੇਦਾਰ ਆਰਟ ਫਾਰਮ ਸਟੈਂਡ ਅੱਪ ਕਾਮੇਡੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਇੱਕ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰਾ ਟੂਰ ਸੀ USA ਚ 30 ਦਿਨ 16 ਸ਼ੋਅ, 24 ਫਲਾਈਟਾਂ, ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ km ਰੋਡ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਟਾਈਮ ਜ਼ੋਨ। ਹਰ ਸ਼ੋਅ ਚ ਆਪਣਾ 100% ਦਿੱਤਾ, USA ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੰਨਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, standing ovations ਮਿਲੇ। ਸਾਰਾ ਟੂਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਸਤ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ... ਕਦੀ ਨਿਊਯਾਰਕ ਘੁੰਮ ਰਿਹਾ ਕਦੀ ਸੀਐਟਲ। ਗੁਰੂ ਰਾਮਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਦਿਖਾ ਰਹੇ ਸੀ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਮੈਂ ਸੁਪਨੇ ਚ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ ਹੋਣਾ। ਚੱਲੋ ਅੱਜ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਟੂਰ ਦੀ ਬੈਕ ਸਟੋਰੀ ਦੱਸਦਾ...

ਆਰਟਿਸਟ ਬਣਨਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ

ਹੁਣ ਘਰ ਵਾਪਸ ਭਾਵ back to ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਾ ਟਾਈਮ, ਆਪਾਂ ਵੀ full on swag ਚ bag pack ਸ਼ੌਪਿੰਗ ਸਭ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। Dallas ਤੋਂ Toronto ਲਾਈਨ ਚ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ Canada ਦੀ site down ਹੈ—ਉਡੀਕ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਰਦੇ flight miss। ਅਗਲੀ flight via Chicago 5 ਘੰਟੇ ਦਾ layover। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸਵੇਰੇ 2 ਵਜੇ Canada ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਸੀ, ਹੁਣ ਰਾਤੀ 2 ਵਜੇ! ਕੋਲ 50kg weight ਸੀ ਪਰ domestic ਚ 15+7 ਹੀ ਮਿਲਦਾ। Full planning, ਸੋਚਿਆ ਸਵੇਰੇ 7 ਵਜੇ ਘਰ ਤੇ ਆਲੂ ਵਾਲਾ ਕੁਲਚਾ! ਜੋ ਸੋਚਦੇ ਹੋ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ—ਅਸਲੀ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਸਟੇਜ ਤੇ ਜਾਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਇਹ ਸਭ handle ਕਰਨਾ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਘਰਸ਼ ਹੈ।

ਆਰਟਿਸਟ ਬਣਨਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ

Canada ਤੋਂ London ਵਾਲੀ flight late ਸੀ। London ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ boarding ਸ਼ੁਰੂ, ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਚ ਬੈਠ ਗਏ, ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ 30 ਮਿੰਟ delay। ਇਦਾਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਰਦੇ 2 ਘੰਟੇ ਜਹਾਜ਼ ਚ ਅਤੇ ਫਿਰ flight ਕੈਂਸਲ! Airline ਵਾਲੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ bags ਲੈ ਲਓ, ਸ਼ਾਮ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ option: London → ਹੈਦਰਾਬਾਦ → Delhi। Finally flight ਲਈ, airline ਵਾਲੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ bags ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿਓ। HYD ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੇ 35 ਮਿੰਟ ਉਡੀਕ—bags ਆਏ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਹ ਪਏ ਨੇ London ਚ। ਮਰਦਾ ਕੀ ਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ, Delhi ਵਾਲੀ flight ਫੜੀ ਤੇ Delhi ਆਇਆ।

ਆਰਟਿਸਟ ਬਣਨਾ ਆਸਾਨ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਬਣੇ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਔਖਾ

Delhi ਤੋਂ ਸੋਚਿਆ ਵੰਦੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਲੈ ਲੈਣੀ। Tickets check ਕੀਤੀ—daily ਚੱਲਦੀ ਹੈ ਬੱਸ Friday ਛੱਡ ਕੇ, ਅਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੋਸਤੋ FRIDAY ਹੀ ਹੈ! Again taxi... ਰਾਸਤੇ ਚ diesel ਲਈ ਰੁਕੇ, ਮੈਂ ਉੱਤਰਿਆ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਤੇ ਤੇ airline ਤੇ ਗੁੱਸੇ ਚ। ਇੱਕ ਮੁੰਡਾ ਆਇਆ 'ਪਾਜੀ ਇੱਕ ਫੋਟੋ plz'। Artist ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਚ ਕੀ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਉਹਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ—ਚਾਹੁਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ comedian ਵਾਂਗ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਨੇ। ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ pic ਕਰਵਾਈ, ਰਾਤੀ 10 ਵਜੇ ਘਰ ਆਇਆ। ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀ ਥਕਾਨ ਲਹਿ ਗਈ, ਪਿਛਲੇ 30-40 hrs ਭੁੱਲ ਗਿਆ। ਤੇ ਅਸਲੀ ਕਾਂਡ ਹੁਣ ਹੋਇਆ...

ਅਗਲੇ ਦਿਨ HYD airport ਤੋਂ call ਆਇਆ—bags Delhi ਭੇਜ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਘਰ ਭੇਜ ਦੇਣਗੇ। Amritsar airport call ਕੀਤਾ—ਘਰ ਨਾ ਭੇਜਣਾ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆ ਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ। 2 ਦਿਨ airport ਤੇ bag ਨਹੀਂ ਆਏ, ਫਿਰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ courier ਵਾਲੇ ਦਾ number ਗਲਤ ਨੰਬਰ ਹੈ! ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ bag by road ਆ ਰਹੇ ਨੇ, ਕਦੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ। ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਉਂ share ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਪਤਾ ਆ? ਇੱਕ ਤਾਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੁਝ ਵਧੀਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ share ਕਰਦਾ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ family ਹੋ ਸੋ ਮੇਰਾ ਚੰਗਾ ਵੀ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹੋ ਤੇ ਮਾੜਾ ਵੀ ਸੁਣਨਾ ਪੈਣਾ। ਦੂਜਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ stage ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਚ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ life ਹੈ artist ਦੀ, ਉਹ ਵੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
